Mrs. Hickman was born in Dekalb County but had lived in Thomaston since childhood. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Hickman was a member of the Silvertown Baptist Church. She is survived by her sister, Mrs. Johnny (Martha F.) Howard of Thomaston and several nieces and nephews.
