Teressa "Terri" Deneane Morris

Teressa "Terri" Deneane Morris, age 61, of Reynolds, GA, died Saturday, July 11, 2026, at Emory University Hospital.  

Terri was born in Colquitt County, GA, on October 29, 1964.  She was employed in maintenance with Mail South.  Terri was an avid Alabama fan, and she loved music, especially new country music.

Survivors include her partner, John Simmons of Reynolds; four children: Randy Morris of New Orleans and Aaron, Renee, and Harley Morris, all of Shelby County.  One brother, Mark Calhoun, also survives.

Terri's family will receive friends at Fletcher-Day Funeral Home in Thomaston on Saturday, July 18, from 2:00 until 4:00 PM.
