Mrs. Teresa C. Teal

Mrs. Teresa C. Teal, 71, of Thomaston, died Monday, October 31, 2022, at her residence. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 3, at 11:00 AM, in the chapel of Fletcher-Day Funeral Home. Rev. Kenneth Teal will officiate, and interment will follow in Upson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Fletcher-Day Funeral Home on Wednesday evening, November 2, from 6:00 - 8:00 PM.

Mrs. Teal was born in Thomaston on November 3, 1950, to the late Charlie Leon Creamer and Monteen Short Arnold. She had served as a Sunday School teacher at the Congregational Holiness Church on Delray Road. Mrs. Teal loved her children and family dearly.

Survivors include her husband, Franklin L. Teal of Thomaston; a daughter Sharla (Bob) Craven of Thomaston; a son, Joseph (Lynn) Teal of Thomaston; four sisters: Carol (Jim) Taylor of Gray, GA; Janice (Joe) Chambers of Barnesville, GA; Terra (Tracy) Bass of Williamson, GA; and Tonya Jones of Griffin, GA; five grandchildren: A. J. Wright, Sara Elizabeth Craven, Nicholas Teal, Nathanial Teal, and Belle Craven; and four great grandchildren: Lucas, Liam, Lincoln, and Addison.
