Mrs. Merrilyn Robertson Stubbs

Mrs. Merrilyn Stubbs, age 76, of Thomaston, passed away on Monday, January 1, 2024, at Upson Regional Medical Center. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.

Mrs. Stubbs was born on January 24, 1947, to the late Meg and Jeanelle Robertson. She was a retired registered nurse. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ronny Stubbs; a sister, Suenelle Huguley; and nephew, Michael Hancock; and a brother-in-law, Terry Stubbs.

Mrs. Stubbs is survived by two daughters: Barbara (Kenny) Teal and Angie Stubbs; a granddaughter, Aliese Stubbs; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Jackie (Donald) Fowler, Janis (Jerry) Bowles, Donald (Elisabeth) Stubbs, and Susan Durham; nieces and nephews: Scott Fowler, Brent (Tina) Fowler, Coy (Kylie) Bowles, and Misty (Jeremy) Harris. Many great nieces and nephews also survive.
