Mrs. Mattie Lou Bonner Emmett

Mrs. Mattie Lou Bonner Emmett, 102, of Thomaston, died Wednesday, April 15, 2020 at Navicent Health, Macon Medical Center. Mrs. Emmett was born on June 28, 1917, in Shiloh, a daughter of the late Charlie and Elizabeth Anderson Bonner. She was a homemaker and was a member of East Thomaston Baptist Church. Mrs. Emmett is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Peggy Emmett of Thomaston; a sister, Elsie Hutcheson of Warm Springs; three grandchildren, Lori Saunders, Tracey Emmett and Kristi Pittman; nine great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Emmett and her daughter, Dianne Power. Graveside memorial arrangements will be announced at a later date.
