Mrs. Frankie D. Brown

Mrs. Frankie D. Brown, 87, of Thomaston, died Monday November 11, 2019 at her home. Funeral services for Mrs. Brown will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at 4:00 PM in the Chapel of the Fletcher-Day Funeral Home with Pastor Travis Graham officiating. The family of Mrs. Brown will receive friends on Friday, November 22, 2019 at Fletcher-Day Funeral Home from 6:00 until 8:00 PM, then on Saturday from 3:00 PM until the funeral hour. Mrs. Brown was born in Thomaston on December 28, 1931, a daughter of the late Warren and Lillian Jackson Dickens. She was employed as a bank teller by the C& S Bank and later the Bank of Upson. She had also worked for the B. F. Goodrich Company and the William Carter Company. Mrs. Brown was a member of the Valley Grove Baptist Church. She is survived by two sons, Barry (Kim) Brown of Jupiter, FL, and Blake (Bette) Brown of Houston, TX; and two grandchildren, Bethany Brown and Brian Brown. She was preceded in death by her husband, Aubrey Brown, and a son, Brent Brown. Fletcher-Day Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
