Mr. Phillip B. Adcock

Mr. Phillip Byron Adcock, age 65, of Jefferson Street, Thomaston, died February 20, 2015, at Regency Hospital in Macon, GA. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 23, at 2:00 PM, in the chapel of Fletcher-Day Funeral Home with Rev. Jerome Stallings and Rev. Bob Wilson officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 until 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon. Mr. Adcock, son of the late Clarence Adcock and Nan Adcock Hall, was born August 4, 1950, in Roanoke, AL. He was a graduate of R. E. Lee Institute and Georgia Southwestern College. He was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Miriam Hodges Adcock of Thomaston; sister, Dianne (Derrial) Green of Thomaston; brother-in-law, William R. Hodges of Kennesaw; a niece, Kimberly Green Larson; a nephew, Derek (Amy) Green of Thomaston; great nieces and nephews, Hunter Larson, Bailey Green, Carlee Green, and Fisher Green, all of Thomaston.
