Mr. Dennis Eldridge

Mr. Dennis Eldridge, 67, of Yatesville, died Sunday, April 9th, 2017 at Brightmoor Hospice. Graveside services for Mr. Eldridge will be held on Tuesday, April 11th, 2017 at 3:30 PM in the New Hope Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Yatesville. The family of Mr. Eldridge will receive friends at Fletcher-Day Funeral Home on Tuesday from 1:00 until 3:00 PM. Mr. Eldridge was born in Thomaston on August 19th, 1949, a son of the late Colby W. and Mattie Stallings Eldridge, Sr.. He was a building maintenance technician at Quad Graphics and prior to that was head overhauler for B. F. Goodrich. Mr. Eldridge was a member of Emory's Chapel Baptist Church. To honor Mr. Eldridge's memory make someone laugh, extend a helping hand to someone in need, or find a beautiful spot to sit and reflect on what you can do to make the world a better place one kind gesture at a time. Mr. Eldridge is survived by his wife, Janie Daniel Eldridge; his son and daughter-in-law, Daniel and Amy Eldridge of Thomaston; two sisters, Dottie Eldridge of Barnesville and Kay E. (Steve) Scott of Valdosta; a brother, Tommy (Sharon) Eldridge of Milner; and three grandchildren, Josie Eldridge, Sarah Eldridge and Lindsey Eldridge.
