Mr. Goodroe was born in Thomaston, GA, on July 15, 1931 to the late Eulon Mabry Goodroe and the late Kate Bell Goodroe. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Eulon Douglas (Tony) Goodroe, Paul William Goodroe, and Alvah Mabry Goodroe. Survivors include many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
