Eloise Heaton Akins

Mrs. Eloise Heaton Akins, 88, of Thomaston , died Wednesday, March 06th, 2013 in Dalton, GA. Mrs. Akins was a native of Thomaston and Upson County. She was a retired lab technician for Thomaston Mills. Mrs. Akins was a life-long member of East Thomaston Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughter, Arlene Heaton (Robert) Varner of Dalton; and two grandchildren, Stewart Varner and Jay (Jamie) Varner of Atlanta. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy and Nellie Rogers Heath, her sister, Reba Fordham, and a niece, Linda Fordham Bundy.
