Aimee Standard Taylor

Mrs. Taylor was a life-long resident of Thomaston and Upson County. She was the youngest of two sons and four daughters born to Hiram Wallace Corley and Addie Edna Smith Corley. She was a retired sewing machine operator for the Wiliam Carter Company. Mrs. Taylor was a member of the New Harmony Baptist Church. Mrs. Taylor is survived by her daughter, Linda (Dennis) Teal and her son, Terry (Ashley) Standard, both of Thomaston; a step-daughter, Joy Hamilton of Evansville, IN; a sister, Adielene Rogers of Thomaston; ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
