Mary Hammock Cook

Mrs. Mary Hammock Cook, age 90, of 1623 Hendricks Church Rd., Thomaston, died Wednesday, December 30th, 2009 at Upson Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Cook was an Upson County native, a daughter of Sydney Jacson Hammock and Roweny Daniel Hammock. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Cook was a member of the Faith Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughters, Sybil Hammock and Eleanor Matthews, her son, Alton (Imogene) Cook; and her sister, Margaret Peggy Teal, all of Thomaston. Eight grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and eleven great great grandchildren also survive.
